Je lui ai répondu en jouant un peu l’innocent sur la messagerie de Airbnb histoire de laisser une trace. C'est certain que si elle annule de son coté, ça doit lui nuire un peu, mais si c'est la première fois en 10 ans, je serais surpris qu'elle perde son statut de Super Host juste pour ça.

Usually my calendar is set to be booked 6 months in advance. Few days ago I opened my calendar for the next 12 months to do a favor for a guest who had been at my home and wanted to book for next year in April. Ring0, I forgot to close the calendar.
But this should not be serious if I was not planning a surgery for my daughter in February, I don't have the exact dates yet but I will probably have to stay all February.
In 10 years this is the first time it happen to me…. Normally I’m so careful But you you booked faster then my guest who wants to book to next April!
He didn’t book yet and I closed the calendar to don’t allow anybody else to book as this is causing a big problem to me.
I'm so sorry for asking you, but could you cancel your booking since you have 48 hours to get a full refund? if you do it, you will have no penalty, if I do it, I will lose my superhost title.
